Studio Policies & Tuition Rates

Tuition & Policies:

Monthly Tuition is based on a prepayment for all classes. Tuition is due between the 1st and 5th of the month. Any payment made after the 5th of the month will be assessed a $20.00 late fee. Studio B Dance Academy does not send statements out unless an account is past due. Tuition credits or refunds are not given for missed classes. Make up classes are available as an option but are not required. Missed classes may be made up in another class of the same level or lower if available, with the exception of the period between March and June for recital preparations. Payments may be mailed to Studio B Dance Academy.

Payment Options:

Studio B Dance Academy accepts debit or credit as Visa/Mastercard. For your convenience, we offer automatic payments from your Visa/Mastercard on the first of each month. If you would like to take advantage of this service and avoid late fees please email us at info.studiobdance@gmail.com

Returned Checks:

There is a $20.00 fee for returned checks.

Registration Fee:

Each student is required to pay a registration fee at the time of enrollment. This fee is $45.00 per dancer. This fee is charged annually and is not refundable.

Withdrawal From Classes - No Refunds:

Students may withdraw at any time during the year by completing a withdrawal form. A student is considered "enrolled" and tuition is due and expected accordingly unless a withdrawal form is completed by email. Students who simply stop attending are still responsible for tuition until a withdrawal form is filled out. No refunds are given. If you need to make special arrangements due to extreme illness or injury, please communicate with the office. Tuition will be charged, whether you are attending or not, until a withdrawal form is completed.

Tardiness:

If a student is more than 10 minutes late for class they may not participate but are highly encouraged to observe the class.

Promotional Photography Policy:

Studio B Dance Academy reserves the right to use photos and video of students and teachers taken in the studio or in conjunction with the studio for promotional and public relations purposes.
